Move-out cleaning is a detailed, top-to-bottom service designed to leave the home spotless and ready for its next occupant. This cleaning focuses on removing built-up dirt, dust, and grime that accumulates during everyday living. All rooms are thoroughly cleaned, including baseboards, trim, doors, windows, vents, and registers. Windows are cleaned, and kitchens receive special attention with deep cleaning of countertops, sinks, backsplashes, and the inside and outside of cabinets. Appliances are cleaned inside and out and carefully pulled out so the areas behind and underneath can be thoroughly cleaned. Bathrooms are fully sanitized, including showers, tubs, toilets, vanities, mirrors, and fixtures. Floors are vacuumed, scrubbed, and mopped, and all surfaces are wiped down to remove dust and residue as well as all walls are washed. The goal of our move-out cleaning is to leave the home fresh, detailed, and truly move-in ready for the next residents.

we are
Hi, I’m Kelli Boilanger, the owner of Maid for You in 812. I’m originally from Indiana, and after spending several years in Florida where I built and operated a very successful cleaning company from the ground up, my family and I have returned home to Indiana to plant our roots and grow a business in the community we love.
While in Florida, I worked incredibly hard to build a company known for its quality, reliability, and attention to detail. In 2025, the company was honored with Cleaning Company of the Year and Best in the View, something I am very proud of. Those accomplishments came from years of dedication, high standards, and truly caring about the homes and people we serve.
I have extensive experience in professional cleaning and organization, and I take pride in being extremely detail oriented. At the same time, I believe a business should give back and be part of the community it serves. Helping people, supporting others, and building strong relationships has always been an important part of what I do.
Now that my family is back in Indiana, my goal is to bring that same level of service, experience, and care to the 812 community while continuing to grow a business built on trust, quality, and heart.
